 Site Visit & Quotation Fee

For small jobs, repairs, or home fixes, a site visit and assessment fee will apply.

This fee covers the inspection, expert evaluation, and preparation of a detailed quotation.

Clients who already know the issue and only require a price comparison can skip the visit by filling out our online issue reporting form — we’ll provide a quote based on the information provided.

 Good to know:

If you accept our quote after the visit, the site visit fee will be deducted from your final bill, rewarding your commitment.

 Payment Terms

A 50% advance payment is required upon accepting our quote. The remaining balance is only due upon completion of the job.

This ensures transparency, accountability, and protection for both parties.

 Warranty for Small Jobs & Fixes

We stand by the quality of our work. That’s why every small job or repair comes with a 30-day service warranty covering:

Defects in workmanship

Recurring issues related to the original problem addressed

 If an issue related to our service reoccurs within 30 days, we will fix it at no extra charge.  

Warranty for New Constructions

We are committed to building homes and commercial spaces that last. For complete house

constructions or commercial projects, we offer:  12-month warranty covering: Waterproofing & leakage issues

Roof seepage

Plumbing & drainage defects Electrical installation faults
